If you're planning to visit a theme park, the shuttle service to the gates is convenient. It's great that the hotel offers early entry to the park. The leisure facilities, like the pool, are perfect for young people who want to have some fun.

The hotel staff should be more attentive to guests' needs - too often they seem to be dismissive.

Had an amazing time at the hotel during Christmas! Loved the complimentary shuttle service and the free Time Saver passes for the attractions nearby. The location was perfect with breathtaking views of the mountains. The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and so much fun for everyone. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The parking area was a bit far from the hotel and inconvenient. Also, the beds were not as comfortable as we expected. However, these minor setbacks didn't ruin our overall experience at this wonderful place. We highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the hotel had extraordinary facilities, including beautiful fountains and 4 different fire pits outside. The front lobby area was impressive, and we enjoyed learning about the hotel's history. The hotel was ideally located, close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great Experience during my Christmas stay. Enjoyed the Complimentary Arrival Treats and Amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. Loved the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel lobby.

The Room Pricing was a bit expensive and the Food Prices were too high.

Tbh, had an amazing stay for the Holidays. The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all knowledgeable. Cozy rooms with a great view and a king bed, as example, loved it.

The hotel was located not far from another area and a cruise ship and Dollywood. Loved staying at the queen room with a king bed as well as a great view. The breakfast was outstanding and there was lots of amazing food. The property's location was marvellous, to the parks. Also, it was about 10 minutes' drive to Tennessee Shine co Distillery.

The trolley ride was fun and the buffet was great. The Christmas decorations were stunning too!

The towels were so rough they could exfoliate your skin, and the pillows were very flat. Even though the hotel was in a good location, the room was quite noisy at times.

Rooms with a great view had a family atmosphere. The food was fantastic and the stuff where welcoming. The location was favourable in another area.

The hotel's position was incredible, in the bakery. We loved rooms with a great view.

We stayed in the queen room equipped with a great view and a king bed, for example. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Location: the hotel was just next door to Dollywood and other Pigeon Forge attractions as well as the park.

The staff was consistently courteous, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. Loved our rooms with a king bed.

The breakfast was overpriced, unfortunately.
